Rebtel accesses to set up when you join the Data Team.

Collaboration Tools

Confluence and Jira freeze

Confluence and Jira were frozen on 20-Oct-2026. They stay available read-only for legacy content. All new documentation is only available in this repo, and work is tracked in Linear.

• Google Group
  Any team member can add you to core-data-team@rebtel.com. This gives you access to: - Team meetings (standups, refinement, etc.) - The Rebtel Data Team Google shared drive - AWS SNS notifications, since the group is subscribed to all topics

• Slack
  A team member invites you via "Invite people". Then join #team-data, #team-data-alerts and #team-data-internal (private)

• Confluence
  Frozen on 20-Oct-2026. Read-only archive of the legacy Rebtel documentation. All new documentation is only available in these docs. Any team member can grant access

• Jira
  Frozen on 20-Oct-2026. Read-only archive of past deliveries and bugs on the DATA board. New work is tracked in Linear, see Communication & Planning. Any team member can grant access

• Figma
  Used for the data flows diagram. Any team member or PM can invite you to the data team in Figma

Team Member Accesses

Any member of the team can provide these accesses:

• Snowflake
  Login via Google SAML. An account admin creates your user with call dw4_stage.s3.create_snowflake_user('<email>'); (stored procedure)

• dbt Cloud

• Count

• Looker
  Login via Google account. Any team member can add you via the Looker UI. See the education material

• Fivetran

Platform Team Accesses

These require a Platform team admin:

• GitHub
  Granted by a GitHub admin in the rebtel org

• Stitch
  Manages loads from Zendesk and other sources. Granted via the Google Admin console

• AWS
  Access to the BI Legacy account, granted via the Google Admin console by copying the AWS role from an existing user's AWS SAML section
